I'll do this with a couple of printers and see if it makes a difference. The conversion works fine while the Print web page gets part way there (see attached jpg file) and then when I click "print" it disappears. If anyone with our problem is within the free support window, then I'm certain we'd all be very grateful if there is a Adobe solution which could be posted. They claimn it's Microsoft's fault and they wont get involved.This sucks.
