I only installed the following programs, and NOTHING else: Avast Firefox Java Skype Steam Flash Player My System Specs System Manufacturer/Model Number iBuyPower 551D3 OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit CPU Your memory should be installed in slots A1 and D2 this is probably your problem. I tested both sticks separately than both at the same time, with and without the graphics card installed.
